About Emma
Emma is currently studying for her Master’s in Nutrition and Behaviour, which focuses on how mental health and psychology influence our eating habits. Emma’s goal is to be as well-equipped as possible to help you achieve your health and nutrition goals in a way that feels realistic, sustainable and suitable for you. She is blessed to share this journey with her amazing friends, Amber and Bryony — we really are a team, both in our lectures and at the Hub!
Emma’s passion for nutrition comes from her deep love of biology, chemistry, and understanding the "why" behind what we eat. She loves diving into research, understanding the science of nutrition, and applying it to improve physical and mental health. Emma firmly believes there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Instead, she focuses on personalised nutrition, helping you understand the drivers behind your habits, optimizing your health through tailored solutions, and most importantly — making you feel supported throughout your journey.
Outside of nutrition, you'll usually find Emma at the beach (even in winter — she is no stranger to a cold dip in the sea!). Emma loves walking her Labrador, Bella, spending time with her friends and family, finding new brunch spots, optimizing her own health, and going to church.
Personal journey
Emma’s passion for nutrition started when she was young, watching her brother struggle with food, she remembers wanting to help her parents help him. That experience sparked her desire to understand the impact of food on health — and that curiosity has never left.
Over the years, Emma has seen how powerful nutrition can be in transforming both physical and mental health. Nutrition has the ability to either support or hinder our body’s ability to thrive — and Emma is here to help you harness that power for positive, life-changing results. Whether it’s improving energy, mood, digestion, or overall well-being, Emma is passionate about helping you optimize your health in a way that works for you.
