Online appointments
An initial 55-minute online consultation is £120
Online 30 or 45-minute reviews are available at £70 or £95
-
Your initial consultation will take 55 minutes and includes a full assessment of your diet, medical history and lifestyle.
Once Bryony has understood your current concerns and background, she will use her clinical expertise to help tailor a plan that is right for you.
After your appointment, Bryony will write a summary and recommendations letter, which will include your action plan. You’ll receive this letter within a week of your appointment to your provided email address.
-
There is a registration form to complete at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, which will be emailed across to you post booking. This allows Bryony to prepare for your appointment so you can get the most out of it.
-
After your initial consultation, Bryony may suggest a review appointment in a suitable timeframe to assess the effectiveness of the plan they have given to you. You may be asked to maintain a food diary before your review appointment to help Bryony decide the next best step and tailor advice going forward.
Follow-up consultations will involve reviewing your plan and offering ongoing support in implementation or adaptation of your plan.
-
This will vary for each individual and will be discussed at your first consultation in more detail.
-
If you can no longer make your appointment, you will need to provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee (72 hours if including the weekend).
For late cancellations or non-attendance, the full appointment cost will still apply.
If you are late arriving for your appointment, the time for the consultation will be reduced accordingly.
Late arrivals more than 15 minutes after the appointment time will be treated as non-attendance.
If you are joining your appointment from overseas, remember that all times are provided in UK time; it is your responsibility to check what time this corresponds to locally.
“Nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all approach; it’s personal. It’s essential to recognise that everyone’s circumstances and lifestyles—whether you’re a busy parent or managing multiple commitments—can significantly impact your nutrition choices. I believe in empowering individuals to understand their unique needs and make informed decisions that sustainably support their health and well-being goals.”
